Assalamualaikum and hi everyone. Today is a little bit raining but hope the sun come out and dry my wet cloths.
Malaysia was famous with food. Nasi Lemak, Apam Balik, Nasi Briyani and else. Kelantan, part of Malaysia also famous with variety of food. More cheaper than others. After Pahang, we go to Kelantan to visit the elders. Plus we need to find traditional food at there.
At the morning his aunt, Chik Long bring us to Kopitiam Kita. The special inside this stall is full with variety of Kelantanese rice such as Nasi Dagang, Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Berlauk, Nasi Kakwok, Nasi Impit and others. But what make this stall become famous in Malaysia is because their Roti Tibtab. Roti Tibtab is a bread that heated on charcoal with half boiled egg at the center of bread and put Kaya (coconut and egg mixtured) on every corner of bread. I will try make this bread at home.
After that we go to Kampung Air, Tumpat by boat. Just pay RM2 and here we go. Before we take the boat, we have found French tourist. Our aunt be like a tourist guide to them since she was excellent in English.
While on the boat I could see a beautiful scenery and try to take photo as much as I can from my camera.
At Kampung Air, we can find serunding (fish, chicken or beef that mix with spice and dried) and dodol (coconut candy) industry. Not that all, we also go to demonstration of Wayang Kulit (shadow play) but unlucky that the presenter was not there. So my hubby try to play as Tok Dalang (storyteller) even look so funny.
After bought serunding and dodol we take boat once again and back home for rest. We need extra energy for tomorrow for shopping.
Can’t wait for another trip 😀
